Rabbit Vegan Café

KOMPAS Exeter Instagram blog (19 January 2017)

19 days into Veganuary and it’s already looking like you might fall off the wagon. All you’re craving is a proper hearty breakfast. Preferably something with bacon. And/or cheese. Then maybe a slab of chocolate cake. Well, good news: you can enjoy all these things and more while maintaining your #PlantBased #WhatVegansEat lifestyle. Since Rabbit hopped onto Exeter’s culinary scene last year, veggies and meat-eaters alike have flooded Instagram with pictures of their vegan bakes and tarts, chickenless burgers, breakfast baps, tofu dogs… and real dogs! (Not on the menu, of course – we’re talking more super-cute four-legged dining buddies). Owned by Chris Sellars, who also manages Seasons vegan store, Rabbit is a real family affair. Chris’s grandma makes the cakes – and she’s whipping up some real magic in that kitchen. From its cute woodland décor to the staggering selection of sweet and savoury treats, this 100% vegan café is out to prove meat-free doesn’t mean fun-free. They have a “Cheesecake of the Week,” for goodness sake: if that doesn’t spell fun, we’re not sure what does… #Vegan #Exeter #VeganCafe #VeganFood #Kompas #KompasExeter #VisitExeter #IgersExeter #VeganFoodPorn #VegansofIG #VeganLifestyle #BreakfastBap #RawVegan #RawChocolateCake #ChocolateSlice #VeganHotChocolate #Veganuary #VeggieCafe #VeggieFoodPorn #VeganBreakfast #Brunch #Fakon #Cheeze #UKVegans #RabbitVeganCafe
