The Strait and Narrow

KOMPAS Lincoln Instagram blog (16 October 2016)

It’s hard to feel bitter about a bar whose primary goal is “putting the right drink in your hand.” And when wandering down Steep Hill after closing time in the Bailgate, it’s hard to pass by the Strait and Narrow. Since opening in 2012, this lively watering hole at the base of Lincoln’s most infamous hill attracts good-timers of all ages and persuasions. Too buzzed to sit in a quiet corner with a pint, but not quite ready to hit the dancefloor? Strait and Narrow offers a tempting middle-ground. With DJs every night, over 120 beers from around the world and a mind-boggling selection of cocktails and shooters (the Targaryen Kiss is definitely next on our list) it’s easy to see why crowds gather here every weekend. Chandeliers, dark wood, bare brickwork, plush leather seating – and we can stay until 2am?! Sold. Now, let’s take a closer look at that cocktail list… #StraitAndNarrow #Lincoln #SteepHill #Cocktails #Wine #Bar #VisitLincoln #Nightlife #WineLover #WineLovers #CocktailBar #IgersLincoln #Kompas #TheStrait #Lincolnshire #VisitLincolnshire #Weekend
