Mamay Vietnamesische Küche + Teehaus

Hidden Berlin Facebook and Instagram feeds (22 April 2016)

Now spring’s officially sprung in Berlin, we’re all about those fresh, healthy lunches in sun-dappled glades… (*sigh*). Well, we would be, if the sun would show its face for long enough. Happily, there’s a spot on Schönhauser Allee that brings the outdoors in – serving delicious homemade meals in one of the prettiest set-ups we’ve seen in Berlin (and that’s saying something!) Mamay kitchen and tea house specialises in fresh, authentic Vietnamese cuisine. From hearty noodle soups to peanut tofu or crispy duck in mango sauce, portions are satisfying but not overwhelming. They’re also beautifully presented – so if you’re capturing every moment of your stay in Berlin on Instagram, this place won’t let you down. And the interior’s almost as pretty as the food: from the delicate floating flowers and bobbing lanterns to the glass bubbles reflecting light above the tables, it’s a whitewashed oasis of calm. Not ready to leave yet? Why not stay for tea – after all, it’s not everywhere you’d get the chance to try artichoke, ginseng or even bamboo leaf varieties! #Mamay #Vietnamese #VietnamesischeKüche #NoodleSoup #SchönhauserAllee #PrenzlauerBerg #FoodPorn #Berlin #BerlinFood #Veggie #VeggieFood #HiddenBerlin #VietnameseFood #VietnameseFoodPorn #IgersBerlin #Berlinstagram #Lunch #Dinner #EatingBerlin #Flowers #InteriorDecor #Chopsticks
